User: Any individual or entity using MazeShark.
Free Plan: A no-cost version of MazeShark with limited features.
Paid Plan: A subscription plan offering additional features. Paid Plans are available with monthly and annual billing options.

The Free Plan offers limited functionality.
Paid Plans
Paid Plans are available on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Fees are detailed on the MazeShark website and are subject to change.
Payment Terms
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.Accepted payment method is card payment or bank transfer (for enterprise plans). If payment fails, access to the Paid Plan features may be suspended until payment is received.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.Upon cancellation, access to Paid Plan features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
4. License
MazeShark grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purposes.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to:Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from MazeShark.Use MazeShark for illegal or unauthorized purposes.Resell or redistribute MazeShark without prior written consent.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of MazeShark, including trademarks and copyrights, are the property of the company.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
MazeShark is provided "as is" and "as available." The company makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use MazeShark.
